Ministerial cars may have been reduced but the motorcade fraternity is not stinting itself. Strolling past the Foreign Office on Wednesday afternoon, I found this fantabuloso line-up of Range Rovers and Land Rovers. There were 18 of them parked in two formations. All were high-spec and next to spanking new. State support for the motor industry is one thing, but this is ridiculous.
